Faurecia proposed to close plants in Canada in 2015

Parts suppliers faurecia said recently that shut down its plans to the mid - 2015 - Bradford (Bradford) factories in Canada, the work of hundreds of personnel in the factory will be affected.


Faurecia Bradford factory has 550 permanent staff and 100 temporary workers from other companies, some of the employees in February of this year will lose their jobs.Faurecia, says in the coming months the company will work closely with the dismissed employees, to help the transition of the work.
Faurecia director of north American business communication Stacie Tong said: "the factory performance influenced by multiple factors, including lack of competitiveness price disadvantage, fuel oil, and other raw materials prices just now, and other aspects of business cost."


Before the brad ford announced the closure of factories, faurecia once closed in 2009 in Bali (Barrie) of the factory, the factory employs about 200 staff at that time, some of these people is transferred to brad at the factory.
